Come and celebrate our first Slow Food dinner of 2016 on 18 January at l'escargot blanc! Following an indulgent festive season, the theme for our Slow Food table is January talk, earthy winter food and provenance. 

We’ll be serving a Classic Onion Gratinée as a starter followed by a Caillette of North Ronaldsay Mutton, which we feel incredibly privileged to be able to cook with, and which has been cooked in its own stock and served with an array of winter vegetables.

The event will start at 6.30pm at the bar where you can enjoy a drink and an informal chat then head into the restaurant for a 7pm serving. Cost is £15.00 (£12.50 for Slow Food members).
